1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery to UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to destinations outside of the UK mainland at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

To ensure transparency, our shipping costs are as follows:

FREE Delivery for all orders with a subtotal of £15 or more.
A flat rate of £2.99 for all orders with a subtotal under £15.

3. Order Processing Time

We understand you're eager to receive your order! All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment.

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be processed and dispatched within this timeframe.
Orders placed on Sunday or UK Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely:

Royal Mail

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery (Evri/Royal Mail): 2-4 business days from dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
